Franchise & Partnership Opportunity

Be part of the Destinito experience — in your Caribbean destination.

Destinito is the Destination Operating System for Caribbean tourism. Franchise partners take exclusive territory rights for a Caribbean island or region, receive the complete platform on day one under license from IIG, and keep the majority of every revenue stream.

The Opportunity

A $40B+ regional economy. Fragmented technology. No incumbent.

The Caribbean welcomed approximately 35 million stay-over arrivals and 35.5 million cruise visits in 2025, generating an estimated USD $40 billion in visitor expenditure. Even modest digital capture — a few dollars of attributable spend per visitor — represents a multi-hundred-million-dollar opportunity. Destinito is positioned to capture that spend at the post-arrival, on-island moment, where global OTAs do not operate.

OTAs are pre-arrival

Expedia, Booking.com and TripAdvisor optimise for pre-trip booking commission — not on-island guest experience or local spend.

Tourism boards are static

Most island tourism boards run static content sites without ordering, loyalty, AI, or verified data infrastructure.

Restaurant SaaS lacks demand

Tools like RestaurantLogin provide ordering technology, but do not deliver tourist traffic to local merchants.

Existing apps are siloed

Hotels and airports each operate isolated apps that don’t share data, content or loyalty across the destination.

The Platform

Four integrated pillars. Production-ready from day one.

No development required by the partner. The complete system is hosted, supported and continuously improved by Destinito BV.

01

Unified Structured Data Engine

Curated, verified, non-scraped databases covering businesses, venues, real-time operations (flights, ships, weather, events) and rich operational details. One database powers every channel and every sector.

02

Multilingual AI Concierge

Context-aware AI trained exclusively on the structured data layer. Instant, accurate answers across airports, hotels, vacation rentals and the public PWA — in English, Spanish, French and Dutch.

03

Multi-Channel Engagement

Branded PWAs, activity & excursion booking, restaurant ordering with QR codes and ESC/POS print, digital coupons and loyalty, ShopBeforeYouFly e-commerce, Trip Wallet, Destinito TV, verified reviews and push notifications.

04

Revenue & Analytics Suite

Real-time attribution, executive dashboards, advertising inventory, B2B data reporting, partner-level revenue tracking and franchisee operational dashboards. Every transaction, scan and conversion is tracked, attributed and reported.

Why We Win

A full-stack Destination OS — not a directory, OTA, or restaurant tool.

The combination of verified data, AI, transactions and gate-position distribution is what no single competitor can match.

Defensible Moats

Six advantages that compound year over year.

Data Depth

Curated and verified for over a decade. Not scrapable. Not replicable on a 6-month timeline.

Airport Gate Position

Designed to plug into the airport at the arrival gate — a model built for regional airports and replicable across every territory.

Two-Layer Loyalty

Cross-business points, badges and check-ins create switching costs for both travellers and merchants.

Real-Time Content Rhythm

Hourly and “Happening Now” content makes Destinito a daily-use product, not a one-time download.

Attribution Data

Verified QR scan and foot-traffic analytics that nobody else in the region offers to local merchants.

Network Effects Per Island

One franchise and brand owns the destination — first-mover wins, and the moat widens with every merchant added.

Territory Tiers

Pricing scaled to your territory’s size.

Tier is set at signing based on annual stay-over arrivals plus cruise visits plus resident population. Reviewed every 24 months. The one-time initial fee covers everything in the Day-One Launch Kit — branded platform instance, complete brand & marketing kit, territory data starter pack, onboarding and 60–90 day launch support.

Day-One Launch Kit

What the initial fee actually includes.

The one-time initial franchise fee is not a license fee — it is the complete go-to-market kit. Every franchise partner receives the same platform, the same brand & marketing visuals, and the same onboarding program that powers the Sint Maarten flagship. Nothing to design from scratch.

Branded Destinito instance

Your territory-branded PWA, AI concierge, hotel concierge, Destinito TV channel, and merchant dashboards — provisioned, hosted, and supported by IIG.

Marketing & Brand

Full brand & visual identity kit

Destinito brand guidelines, territory-specific logo lockups, social media templates, email templates, ad creative, photography library, and video assets — ready to deploy.

Marketing & Brand

Launch marketing campaign

Pre-launch and launch campaign playbook, digital ad creative, social content calendar for the first 90 days, PR templates, and traveler-facing collateral in English, Spanish, French, and Dutch.

Marketing & Brand

Sales & partner decks

Merchant pitch decks, hotel partnership decks, airport & port concession decks, sponsor & advertising pitch decks, and rate cards — all branded for your territory and ready to send.

Territory data starter pack

Initial business listings, structured venue data, multilingual content baseline, and an integration of the existing destination data sources — loaded into your instance before you go live.

Onboarding & training

Flagship walkthrough in Sint Maarten or remote, certification on the platform, sales playbooks, ops runbooks, and a dedicated onboarding lead for the 60–90 day launch window.

AI concierge tuning

Multilingual AI concierge tuned to your territory’s destination context, businesses, languages, and accessibility profile — on day one, not as a roadmap promise.

60–90 day launch support

Direct support from the IIG team through merchant onboarding, hotel partnership signing, first commercial campaigns, and the first round of post-launch optimization.

Brand & trademark license

License to use the Destinito brand, trademarks, and marketing assets in your territory for the duration of the franchise agreement — all under one operating contract with IIG.

Important: the platform, brand, and marketing assets are licensed for use in your franchise territory — they remain the intellectual property of IIG / Destinito BV. Franchise partners operate the experience locally with full commercial upside, while IIG retains ownership of the underlying IP and continues to invest in platform R&D for the benefit of every partner.

Revenue Share

The franchise partner keeps the majority of every stream.

Destinito BV captures a minority share that funds the platform, R&D and central operations. Revenue is reconciled monthly and paid to the partner by the 15th of the following month.

Illustrative Worked Example

Three-year build-out — Mid-Market territory.

Conservative ramp assumptions for a territory at Sint Maarten / Saint-Martin or Aruba scale (~750K–2M annual visitors). Base license $1,100/mo, initial franchise fee $25,000, 5-year term + 5-year renewal. Recommended working capital: $30K–$50K. Illustrative only — actual results depend on local execution.

Partner net contribution (pre-tax)$17,715$153,951$309,296

Year 1 is a ramp year — net contribution is modest but positive after the franchise fee is recovered. Year 2 the flywheel turns: restaurant base triples, ordering GMV grows 6×. Year 3 shows mature territory economics. Larger (Major-tier) territories scale these numbers materially. Detailed territory-specific projections are produced jointly during qualified due diligence.

Territory Availability

Most Caribbean territories remain open.

Destinito awards one franchise per territory, on a first-qualified basis. Multi-territory partnerships are available to operators with regional execution capacity.
